What do you do with my product when it enters your building?

After receiving your product, it will be moved into our building and then counted. The product will be locked and stored in a secure area until the time it will be destroyed.

Will I receive any documentation that shows that my product has been destroyed?

Yes. After your product has been destroyed, you will be issued an invoice alongside with a certificate of destruction. The documents will be added to the files in your customer account.

Should I bring the product to you or will you pick it up from my location?

Yes, you can bring your product to us but we can also arrange to pick it from your location if you wish. In case we provide the transportation, the cost of the transportation will be added to the proposal we send to you after the process is completed.
